About me

With over 25 years of leadership and managerial experience, I have had the privilege of witnessing table tennis’s evolution- from grassroots development to global recognition. But I also see the challenges it faces and the opportunities ahead.

As Marketing Manager of the European Table Tennis Union (ETTU) over the past four years, Vice-President of the Francophonie Pongiste Internationale (FPI) for seven years, and a member of the Executive Board of the Romanian Table Tennis Federation since 2001, I have worked across all levels of the sport. These roles have given me a deep understanding of what is needed to strengthen, modernize, and unite the global table tennis community.

Now is the time for bold leadership, fresh perspective, and meaningful reform.

Today, I am honored to continue serving at the highest level—as ITTF Executive Vice President.

In my roles within the European Table Tennis Union and the Romanian Table Tennis Federation, I have witnessed how persistence, ambition, and collective passion can drive real change. These values are essential—and they must thrive across every continent and every level of our sport.

As ITTF Executive Vice President, my responsibility is to help guide this evolution: to ensure that the ITTF becomes an even more modern, agile, and inclusive governing body—one that supports all five continental federations and truly reflects the voice of every nation.

Strengthen the foundation of our sport by supporting national associations with strategic resources, while listening to and respecting the unique needs of each country and continent. Local success fuels global impact.

Prioritize both elite and emerging players with access to top-tier training, support, and global exposure. Empower coaches—the backbone of our sport—with modern tools and continuous development to drive excellence on and off the field.

Put Athletes at the Heart of Decision-Making

Ensure athletes’ voices are heard, respected, and central to shaping policies. Their experiences are vital for creating a future that truly reflects those living the game.

Advance Women’s Participation and Equity

Champion gender equity by promoting women’s table tennis at every level—from competition to leadership. Let’s build an inclusive, diverse future for our sport.

Raise Competition Standards and Expand Youth Platform
